We’re here to help

Getting ready to get some quotes, here are some questions that may be of interest to you, whether you are new to contracts or a well seasoned buyer.

  • On time on budget all the time everytime
  • One stop Construction

  • Satisfaction Guaranteed

Experience counts, with over 30 years Contracting & Building experience we can deliver the best pricing. often new contractors have to go to outside sources or hire experienced project managers or superintendents, the more companies in the mix, the more you will pay

Yes, the problem is quoting projects cost time and money, so we have to be very selective of who we decide to quote. the phrase kicking the tire comes to mind. We recommend getting at least 3 quotes from qualified licensed contractors. I will often give a ballpark online quote, then if it is within budget we will schedule a site visit.

Yes, there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee at RSJ Construction LLC with a 2 year standard warranty on all work. with over 20 years in business you won’t have to worry about our company going out of business and leaving a mess.

I am a Union trained Commercial carpenter from Anchorage Alaska local 1281, I have an associate degree in computer science and draft all our residential plans to local and national codes. I have been contracting in Arizona since 2005 and operated Rich Construction in Anchorage Alaska before moving to the valley of the sun

I do most of the work to get your building for the best price possible. here are some of the things we do in house  Excavation, Concrete, wood and metal framing, all structural work. drywall, roofing, painting. after 20 years I have the knowledge of all trades and am proficient in all of them to some degree, but we only use licensed electricians, plumbers and HVAC contractors. We often omit these to get the best pricing. it is best to bid them out when they are ready to be completed, there is not shortage of these  trades in the valley.

Yes, we carry all the insurance required by law in the state of Arizona

Yes, except in rare circumstances we supply all labor and materials. problems can arise from sub standard materials for instance we require 5/8″ sheathing on all roofs the requirement is for only 1/2″ but often contractor will use 7/16″ which is substandard

No, we never require a large down payment, the only time when we require a down payment is on drafting and plans. There are a lot of things that can happen before a project gets a permit. Once a permit is issued, except for trusses and specialty items we get paid as work is completed, this is important as it keeps the job flowing. you the customer is never left holding the bag, on we start a project we are on it daily until completion.
